Dave Thomas joined the Keystone Oaks School District in July of 2017 as the principal of Fred L. Aiken Elementary School.  Mr. Thomas has worked with his faculty to establish a school-wide positive behavior plan where students earn “Eagles Eggs” to place in “Aiken’s Green Tree” to work towards a school-wide reward.  Mr. Thomas views the Green Tree community as a TEAM and the ideal that
“Together Everyone Achieves More” is his philosophy for the Aiken students and their families, as well as the faculty and staff.
