To submit a Right-to-Know request, please complete and return the Right-to-Know Request Form to the district’s Open Records Officer. The form is available in the downloads box on the right hand side of this page. 

Signed written requests may be submitted to the district in person, by mail, to a designated facsimile machine, and to a designated email address during the regular business hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays and official office closings. Requestors must be legal residents of the United States; the Keystone Oaks School District will not accept oral or anonymous requests for records. Please refer to School Board Policy 801 for more information.
