Dr. Varley is the Assistant to the Superintendent for Student Achievement.

Prior to being named to this role, she served as the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment & Staff Development for eight years. 

During her time at Keystone Oaks, Dr. Varley has worked on professional and curriculum development for PA Core, implementation of full day kindergarten, creation of the elementary STEAM and instrumental strings programs, Keystone Oaks’ participation in the National Math & Science Initiative, the District’s partnership with the Arts Education Collaborative, and the classroom redesign grant program, which she launched in 2017. 

Prior to working at Keystone Oaks, she spent 12 years in a similar capacity for the Avonworth School District.
