The Keystone Oaks School District is excited to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website! The new website, created in partnership with ParentSquare’s SmartSites platform, features a more user-friendly interface, a mobile responsive design, and improved accessibility for all users.

In addition, the 2025-2026 Back-to-School webpage is up-to-date with the latest information that families and students need to prepare for the new school year!

The new website continues to be a work in progress, as the district’s administrative team works to build a website that prioritizes mobile users and also complies with the United States Department of Justice's 2024 regulations regarding website accessibility, which require school districts to ensure that website content is accessible to those who are using assistive technology. Users may notice changes to how information is displayed on the redesigned website, including in downloadable documents. Additionally, some documents that were previously available have been removed because they do not meet accessibility requirements; these documents are still publicly available through Keystone Oaks’ Office of Open Records.

Additional features of the new website include:

  • The menus at both the district and school levels have been renamed and reorganized to help you find the information you need more intuitively and efficiently.

  • Content has been condensed to allow for improved navigation and fewer clicks to find the information that you need.

  • ParentSquare posts can now be shared directly to the website, improving the district’s communication with the Keystone Oaks community.

The district encourages feedback from the community to help refine the website and its features. Please submit any issues, questions or comments on the feedback form available in ParentSquare.
