Congratulations, Retirees!

The Keystone Oaks School District congratulates seven individuals who are retiring this year! Together, they account for 130 combined years of service. Thank you for your dedication to the students, staff and community. We wish you all the best in retirement!


Virginia Walker started at Keystone Oaks in 2008 as a paraprofessional in the Middle School. She has also worked in Dormont Elementary and, most recently, in the High School. Virginia is retiring after 13 years with Keystone Oaks. 


Maria Petrakis started as a substitute teacher and was hired in 2006 as a Library Aide for Aiken and Myrtle Elementary Schools. In 2018, she became a paraprofessional at Aiken. She is retiring after 15 years with Keystone Oaks. 


Dave Peters was hired in 1981 as a full-time custodian. He has worked both indoors and outside and has worked at all five buildings. Dave is also a Keystone Oaks graduate. He is retiring after 40 years with Keystone Oaks. 


Paula Kaufman started as lunchroom aide at Aiken Elementary in 1996. In 1998, she became a part-time instructional aide at Aiken and in 2005 she moved to a full time position at the Middle School. In 2007, she was hired as a secretary at the Middle School, where she worked for 8 years before moving to Aiken. Paula is retiring after 25 years with Keystone Oaks. 


Anna Benvenuti was hired as a Technology Integration Specialist in 2016. Anna previously worked for another school district before being hired at Keystone Oaks. She is retiring after 5 years with the District. 


Ann Amoroso has worked as a food service employee with Keystone Oaks since 1997. She worked both with Metz Catering and the Keystone Oaks Food Service Department. She is retiring after 24 years with Keystone Oaks. 

Kim Stubinger has worked as a food service employee at Myrtle Elementary School since 2013. She is retiring after 8 years with Keystone Oaks.
