February 10: Statement Regarding Threats Made to Keystone Oaks Students
Earlier today, Saturday, February 10, 2018, Keystone Oaks School District learned that a former student made threats via text message towards current students and the Middle/High School Campus.

The messages were reported to School Resource Officer John Bruner and immediately to the Borough of Dormont and Mt. Lebanon Police Departments, which is handling the investigation. At this time, the police have determined that there is no immediate threat to the students or to the school.

The safety of our students is the District’s number one priority and we will continue to work with our local law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of our students. The Keystone Oaks School District will hold this individual accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
