3rd Annual STREAM Night Highlights District Projects, Features Hands-On Activities
Keystone Oaks Middle School will host its third annual STREAM Night, an evening that will showcase the integration of science, technology, reading, engineering, art and mathematics across the curriculum, while giving families and students the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities in these disciplines. STREAM Night will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. 
 
STREAM Night will also highlight several classroom projects, including the 5th grade Invention Convention, product sales from the Real World Scholars programs at Keystone Oaks Middle & High Schools, and the Middle School Art Show. Technology Integration Specialist Carol Persin will also lead a Virtual Reality Demonstration. 
 
The event is open to the community and anyone who is interested is encouraged to attend. 

A number of local organizations, corporations and universities will be in attendance to give presentations and provide activities related to STREAM. Those slated to participate include Uber, Amazon, ALCOSAN, University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University, Snapology, BoXZY, and Fine Art Miracles, Inc.
