Emergency Card Update Now Available Through PowerSchool
Dear Parent/Guardian,

As we begin the 2017-2018 school year, it is important for us to review the contact information we have on file and ensure it is up to date. This year, in an effort to streamline the process of updating emergency contact information for parents/guardians, and to conserve resources, Keystone Oaks has made its Emergency Card available online through PowerSchool.

Parents/Guardians are asked to log on to PowerSchool, review the information, and update it as necessary, so that school district personnel have access to accurate information in the case of an emergency.

Additionally, this is where parents/guardians may opt out of having their students(s) photos taken for district publications, the website and social media.

In order to access the Emergency Card:

  1. Log into PowerSchool - https://powerschool.kosd.org/public/
  2. On the menu on the left hand side, click “E-Collect Forms”

3. Choose Emergency Information Record Form

Fill in the form with the appropriate information. If you DO NOT wish for your student’s photo to appear in district publications, the website, and social media, be sure to click the box at the end of the form.

If you have questions about logging into PowerSchool, please contact the secretary in the building where your child attends school:
