"I like you just the way you are": Entries now being accepted for 2020 Diversity Expression Contest
All Keystone Oaks students in grades k-12 are invited to participate in the District’s third annual Diversity Expression Contest. This year, students are asked to submit a writing or work of art that depicts the following theme -

“I like you just the way you are.” Mr. Rogers said it best: Everyone has qualities that make them unique and special. What are the characteristics that define who you are? How do you embrace and celebrate your individuality, as well as the diversity of every member of the Keystone Oaks community, to help build a welcoming, inclusive school environment?

Entries will be accepted through Friday, March 6, 2020. Winners will be announced later that month and will be recognized at the Board of School Directors Meeting on April 14, 2020.

All applicants will receive a certificate of participation from the Keystone Oaks School District. One winner from each grade cluster will be selected in each category. Each student will be presented with a small gift and a $25 gift card. The winning entries will be on display in Central Administration.
