New online system in place for managing student cafeteria accounts

Keystone Oaks’ Food Service Department is now utilizing SchoolCafe to allow families to manage and view breakfast and lunch purchases, make online food service payments, and set certain cafeteria account restrictions.

Families should visit https://www.schoolcafe.com/ to create a new account. To create an account, families will need to enter their name, email address, phone number, student name(s), school(s) and student ID number, which can be found in PowerSchool.

Any remaining balances from the previous system, K12PaymentCenter, will be transferred to SchoolCafe prior to the first day of school. Students will continue to use their same pin number in the cafeteria that they have used in past years. Teachers and cafeteria staff will assist kindergarten students with their pin number during the first few weeks of school.

Families can add money to students’ lunch accounts via the SchoolCafe website using a credit or debit card. Families may also add money to students’ lunch accounts by sending a check to school. Please be sure to place the check in an envelope that is clearly marked with the name of the student, their school, and direct it to the attention of the school cafeteria.

Families may also use SchoolCafe to:

  • View the current balance
  • View purchase history
  • Set up low balance alerts and auto pay
  • Submit applications for the Free & Reduced Price Meals Program
