KOSD Elementary Students Participate in Global Computer Activity to Learn Computer Science
The students are becoming programmers to create “algorithms” and “de-bug” a Bee-Bot. These robots were borrowed through the Intermediate Unit’s STEAM lending library, generously donated by the Pittsburgh Penguins foundation.

So far, students have enjoyed working in groups to program and operate the Bee-Bots. This activity also gives the students a fun way to review math facts. To read more about the Bee-Bots, see
