Is Your Student Up-to-Date? New Vaccination Requirements in Place for 2017-18 School Year
Starting in the 2017-18 school year, new vaccination requirements will be in place for students in all Pennsylvania schools.
We’ve detailed these new requirements on an easy-to-read flyer available here.
We encourage all Keystone Oaks parents and guardians to review these requirements to make sure your student has received their required vaccinations as soon as possible.
If students do not have required vaccinations by the start of the 2017-18 school year, they RISK EXCLUSION FROM ALL KOSD BUILDINGS!
For more information on the vaccines your student needs to attend school, contact your student’s school nurse or talk to your child’s pediatrician.
