The KO band marches into Disney

The hotel in question was Disney’s All Stars Sports Resort, inside the actual park. From there, the band went to a variety of Disney World’s attractions like Typhoon Lagoon, the Animal Kingdom, Universal, the Islands of Adventure, Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs throughout their stay.
It wasn’t all fun and games though, the marching band was there to do what they do best after all, having the opportunity to participate in a Disney World parade. Having multiple practices prior to and during the trips. The marching band performed on the 12th, notably being the only band in attendance that day, wowing the crowds and spreading K.O pride even in the Magic Kingdom.
The students adored the trip all together, loving every single moment of it. One of the band students in attendance, freshman Paige Merriweather, talked about one of her favorite moments from the trip.
“I enjoyed our clinic we did at Epcot, because we got to learn what it would be like to be a professional musician. And play one of our favorite songs from a movie.” Another student, freshman Alexis Palmer, said, “My favorite moment from the trip had to be the WIshes Fireworks show in the Magic Kingdom.”
The K.O marching enjoyed their trip immensely this spring, and it's fair to say they had a truly magical time in the happiest place on Earth.
