Keystone Oaks Welcomes New Director of Buildings & Grounds, Accountant

At their Business/Legislative Meeting on Tuesday, March 21, the Keystone Oaks Board of School Directors appointed Mr. John Lyon to the position of Director of Buildings & Grounds and Mr. Joseph Kubiak to an account position.

Mr. Lyon has more than 20 years of facilities management experience and most recently worked as the Manager of Facilities and Operations at the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Supervision from Akron University and an Associates Degree in Electrical Technology from Eastern Gateway Community College. He holds a number of professional certifications and licenses, including an electrical contractors license, boilers license and master’s electrician license.

Mr. Kubiak has worked work as an auditor for Hosack, Specht, Muetzel & Wood, LLP since 2013, auditing school districts, municipalities and nonprofit organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and is a 2009 graduate of Keystone Oaks High School.
