Information for Volunteers - Submitting Clearances & Photo Badge Dates

Anyone who volunteers their time for a Keystone Oaks-sponsored event must have copies of their current clearances on file in the Personnel Office and must also display a school-issued volunteer photo badge at events in which they are volunteering. 

In order to be considered an eligible volunteer, individuals must:

1. Apply for the required clearances, which include:
• State Police Criminal History Clearance
• Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprinting OR have the Volunteer Clearance Exception Form notarized.
• Instructions on applying for the clearances are included in this packet. 
2. Turn in all paperwork, including the Keystone Oaks Volunteer Clearances Form, to Karen Wong, Personnel Secretary. Karen can be reached via e-mail at [email protected]. 
3. You will receive an e-mail from Karen Wong once your paperwork has been approved. 
4. Once you receive the e-mail from Karen, you may have your photo taken for your volunteer badge.
