Karen Brown Reappointed as Interim Principal at Myrtle Elementary

Dear Myrtle Elementary School Parents/Guardians,

At their Business/Legislative Meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, the Keystone Oaks Board of School Directors reappointed Mrs. Karen Brown as the Interim Principal at Myrtle Avenue Elementary School for the remainder of the 2016-2017 school year.

Mrs. Brown has worked at Myrtle Elementary since the start of the school year, during the absence of Mr. Arcuri. She has worked with the professional staff at Myrtle Elementary to provide a supportive, safe and nurturing educational environment for all students and I anticipate the staff and students will have a productive second semester under her leadership. Through the end of the school year, Mrs. Brown, or another Keystone Oaks administrator, will be present in the building on a daily basis.
