About the National School Lunch Program
The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is a voluntary program available to all public schools, private schools, and residential child care institutions which agree to operate a non-profit program offering lunches meeting federal requirements to all children in attendance. The NSLP includes the National School Lunch Program and a variety of other programs including the Special Milk Program .
Free & Reduced School Lunch Program
Families that have children attending a public school district can apply on-line for free or reduced price school meals through the National School Lunch Program, through the COMPASS website. Families can use COMPASS to apply for free or reduced price school meals only, or they can apply for other programs, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Children's Health Insurance Program, among others.

Since your child attends Keystone Oaks School District, which is a public school district, you can apply for free or reduced price school meals on-line by going to the COMPASS website.
