Girls Basketball Team Advances in WPIAL AAA Playoffs
Tickets will be on sale in the Athletic Office this week. The girls will take on Ambridge on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Three KO Musicians Perform During PMEA Band Festival
Congratulations to  Ben Hommrich, Liam Horgan and Laura Kowalski, who represented the District at the Festival on January 28 and 29.  
PHEAA Representative will be Available March 1 to help Seniors Complete FAFSA
The representative will help parents of college-bound seniors complete their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). There are limited seats available, so registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP by February 26, 2016. 
Families Invited to Two Sensory-Friendly Community Events
The Pittsburgh Ballet Theater is offering a sensory-friendly performance of Peter Pan on February 18th. The Autism Connection of Pennsylvania is hosting sensory-friendly visits with the Easter Bunny at South Hills Village Mall on March 6th.  
Aiken Elementary Receives $500 Grant to Benefit School Garden
Aiken Elementary School received a $500 grant from the McDonalds Make Activities Count (MAC) program. The funds will be used to support Aiken's garden and will be used towards the purchase of a grow light system for the school's community garden.
